ILL Form prompts me to login!
I attempted to use the "Request through interlibrary loan" via EBSCO, but the form keeps asking me to login or create an account.
Answer
There may have been a recent internet disruption or platform update that is effecting the ILL Form. Since the article you are requesting will be emailed to you directly, the ILL Form must be completed and submitted by you. Here's what to do.
- Clear the cache from the browser you've been using. Follow these directions.
- Log completely out of everything and reboot your device
- Then, log back into gmail with your CUI credentials
- Go back to the article in EBSCO (you may be prompted to login with your CUI credentials)
- Click on "Request through interlibrary loan." The form should open and populate with the article's information. You should NOT be prompted to login at this step.
If the Form still does not open after following these steps, use this Blank ILL Form for now (if prompted to select your institution, type Concordia University Irvine) and email us right away (librarian@cui.edu). You are probably not the only student running into this issue.
